- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Being new to the area , i was looking for a reliable and efficient garage to MOT and service my beloved Jaguar XK8. The nearest Jaguar dealer is 33 miles away, so not really convenient. The pre-research seemed positive and early communication pre-booking was good. On arrival the receptionist can only be described as frosty and aloof. They were however good enough to lend me a courtesy car to get home whilst the works were done. All works were carried out as far as I know to a reasonable standard albeit for a higher price than quoted and at the top end of the scale. When I got home I noticed that they had deeply scratch my car whilst changing the number plate. I contacted the garage and sent photos but they just denied that they had caused this even though it was a fresh mark. For this reason I wont be using again.By Admin, October 10, 2017
